Nuances of eLearning
People like me who are employed rarely find any time left to pursue anything meaningful after their work is finished. After a long, hard day of work at the office it will be an unfair expectation from a person to then engage in anything else. The same goes for me. To tell you the truth, I have been waiting to increase my knowledge by enrolling in a course of MBA in human resources. But for that to happen, I would need plenty of time, which is a far cry from my current schedule. So, it came as a great relief when I heard that people like me can enroll and complete a course through eLearning.
At first I was kind of skeptical about the whole thing. I did not know how helpful it would be to complete a course through that method. I decided to gather more info regarding the whole thing. I was told that students who enroll in such courses will get help through the internet through-out the day. So that, even though people might have a busy schedule... they can study if and when, they manage to get free-time. In addition to that the institution also provides a few online training video to its students.
Although I was still a bit unsure, I finally decided to take a plunge in the whole thing called eLearning. More than anything else, I knew this was the only option which I had of obtaining & adding value to my career profile.
Now a few years later, I know I made the right decision. Although, at first I enrolled in the course thinking this was my only chance & way to get a higher education. The whole thing turned out to be a rather pleasant experience for me. I was able to attend classes at will...at the time of my liking. The help was on hand throughout the day. My queries or any doubts which I had were answered promptly.
Moreover, I did not have to waste any time in commuting from one place to another. The whole transition from normal learning to the radical idea of elearning was smoother than expected. I really did cherish every bit of the learning process. The whole thing became even sweeter because of the fact that it cost very little money when you compare it with the fees of normal learning in any traditional university.
